Jerry was previously the Senior Vice President of CRE Lending at Arixa Capital, a non-bank real estate bridge and construction lender based in Los Angeles. He was a member Arixa’s management team and launched its multi-family & commercial lending program. Prior experience includes senior level roles with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of New York and Silver Hill Financial; while residing in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, Jerry has provided consulting services and is a regular speaker at industry conferences. Jerry brings 40+ years of experience within real estate and lending.
Jerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California-Berkeley, is a Certified Mortgage Banker, and is licensed as a California real estate broker.
