Loan Originator
- Full-Time

For candidates located in North Carolina (Raleigh, Charlotte), Tennessee (Nashville), Texas (Dallas), Massachusetts (Boston), Colorado (Denver), and Washington (Seattle).
You’ll handle loans up to $5MM for bridge, renovation, ground-up construction and DSCR lending for 1-4 units, condos and townhomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in private lending loan origination
- Ability to generate $3-10MM+ in monthly loan origination volume
- Proven track record of generating $50MM+ annually
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree
Loan Processor
- Full-Time
- Sherman Oaks, California
You’ll handle processing and reviewing due diligence documents, communicating with clients and originators, and assisting with underwriting activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking
- Experience in loan processing and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate loan applications
- Knowledge of underwriting processes and guidelines
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the real estate or private lending industry is preferred
